  • Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you can choose another item of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
  • Exchange Cost: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

2. Refunds

3. Process for Exchange

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to us at the provided address.
  4. After inspecting the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.

  • Items purchased during a sale or promotion.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.
