- Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you can choose another item of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
- Exchange Cost: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
2. Refunds
- We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
3. Process for Exchange

- Our team will confirm the item’s eligibility for exchange and provide further instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us at the provided address.
- After inspecting the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.

- Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage.
